yet again, im a few days behind on my blog. we went to go see the coliseum the other day. it sorta reminded me of the alamo. you have this amazing monument to the past that is smack dab in the middle of a metropolitan area. regardless of that fact i think it was probably the most awe inspiring thing we have seen since we have been here. the fact that it was built thousands of years ago, and seated upwards of 50,000 people is just amazing. just like everything else ive seen here it was much bigger than i anticipated. to think that i was at the place where russel crowe filmed gladiator just blew my mind.....
p.s. im getting lazy i dont feel like writing a real long post this morning
